its a nice logo but the thing is that i cant see (WEBMASTER HANGOUT) properly ie like others have suggested its toooo light and not that visible
My suggestion would be if u dont want the wjunction and webmaster hangout colors to be that same then make the wjunction darker as well as the webmaster hangout darker so still there would be a little color difference but then the webmaster hangout would be more visable
