you can get free from domains from cu.cc & cz.cc and it is best to buy domain from provider by using some coupon codes

there are a few free domain services on google but, you can get domains for 80 cents (on sale for first year) with someone like namecheap

Lots of free sites are there and can be checked but i would suggest you to go for free web domain. You will definitely see some sites that are highly required by you.

Free domains are now garbage no major search engine will index your site so there goes 60% to 70% of the hits you could be getting

Domains are very cheap nowadays, if you cannot purchase one then contact hosts to use subdomains etc!
