SOA records missing

Im using cloudflare

please how can i fix this , my domain is not working

well i want to say that i have already changed domain nameserver ,

is changing name server AND changing dns setting both diffrent things ?

I have contacted cloudflare support they send me this reply , i dont know what this mean really
