I want to buy sites earning some money from AdSense.

Site should not have any other income source.
Should be 3 months old, atleast.
Seller should be able to show me earning and traffic proofs through teamviewer (screenshots won't be accepted).
Images only sites (Funny images etc) will not be accepted.
Also note that i am not willing to buy high income sites. I am only looking for sites earning around $10-$15 per month. Price can be decided once i like a site and decide to buy it.
