Buying Sites Earning from Adsense (Low Budget)

I am willing to buy 1-2 sites earning some money from AdSense. Please see the conditions below and only then PM me the details of your offer.

• Site should not have any other income source.
• Should be 3 months old, atleast.
• Seller should be able to show me earning and traffic proofs through teamviewer (screenshots won't be accepted).
• Images only sites (Funny images etc) will not be accepted.

Also note that i am not willing to buy high income sites. I am only looking for sites earning around $10-$15 per month. Price can be decided once i like a site and decide to buy it.
