If i were you, i would get a new skin and do some clean submissions before asking for a re-rate

-Get a better header the one you have now is low quality and has nothing to do with warez
-The whole color scheme/skin you have going on looks bad
-The blinking text links are annoying
-Get a favicon
-The links and banner you have all the way at the bottom look weird below the phpBB trademark thing

Gonna change the banner.. and add a favicon soon

And Blinking text is sold... and banner at footer also sold (but will make it look better)

Will try changing the colors and all

Hi.

No favicon? You need a favicon without one the site is incomplete. I know that MS Paint is good, but please don't use MS Paint to create a header for your site. Remove it and hire someone who can create an awesome header (I would recommend Elio, jSx or Flash). "Get access all downloads" -- Yeah, I know you were half a sleep when you created that register now image but please remember to use appropriate English. It should be "Gain access to ALL downloads!". Text & Banner = Sucks. Either keep the banner or text, simple as. LE table - Now that's what I call a rubbish LE table. If you don't know how to create "good" LE tables please read a tutorial. As mentioned by someone else, the footer links/buttons don't look good, neaten 'em up. Founder. Founder. Ok.. we know the guy's a founder, but why on earth do you need the user title twice? Maybe you have a missing image (founder image). Holy Macaroni -- I'm already a registered member (logged in aswell), why the hell do you want me to re-register?

That's about it really.
