the seller claimed his site makes $820/month on adsense

My question is what makes this site this expensive? is it the 17k links in yahoo? or the suppose income he claims the site makes? and i find it hard to believe that an arcade site generates 800$ a month now a days.

You can make that much on adsense, there are people making about $12 per click on adsense it depends on your CTR.

i know health,laws etc niches can make what you said per click

and 12$ per click on adsense make mortgage, insurance and credit card offers.
without the owner showing adsense stats its hard to believe he make 800$ a month from adsense from this site only.

the thing u dont know is most sales on flippa are done with escrow and sellers ask for a 15-30 day test if the revenue is nowhere close to what its said there the sale wont happen
