if u check msot anyones sigs here,and even in teh postbit (editable from your cp) you will see its ok to add links to your sigs,as well as postbit

Ya im not sure teh rules for signatures other then the max 100px in hieght

the width is 700 and height is 100

It's allowed, but it's pointless to have a link to it in your signature because guests (including google) can't see it. A more effective place to put it would be in the homepage url slot as that's viewable by google and it's not a no-follow link.
