Just got a reply from them, we are gonna have 10 days compensation for this downtime. I think Shineservers has good facilities. At this low price, I don't think we can have any other hosting offer such service.

That one guy easy can hack there server = amateurs techs

Then i pay happy more and have a secure host

Update :-

New server is up , new accounts are started deploying , mostly accounts have been already done . Raise a ticket if you still facing the issues . This is not our support thread so i wont be responding to any support request here .

Well , hackers doesn't ask us before getting into any servers and can you please name me any hosting which hasn't hacked once or twice ?

Many hosts just ran off when the all things got lost but we made our new node up and now setting up accounts further on . You already left us so kindly speak these things out of the shell , not here please .

Thanks for the transparency about what happened, and also I got my info for server info again.

Anyway, it says "trial license" on cpanel.

Update : New Backup node is up and working again . Done some settings to it , also hired some professional company to secure and optimize our security .

the Plans look nice but anyway I can have more than 5 add on domains? on the 4.82 advanced plan? I would need like a Total of maybe 10. Only 2 sites use a lot of bandwitdh and the rest are parked/Personal Site
