if u r hosted on shine servers u dont need to worry about your site, they are well and professional shared hosting providers, if your site down just contact him create ticket your problems solve with in hour and less, i use Shineservers service long time ago i m not worry about my site and db+file backup

No one has stopped you to choose any other provider , raise a ticket get a refund if eligible and enjoy up time with others .

We do not plan for downtimes but atleast we fix the things so that you guys can be back on track , if you not interested in excuses then i would like to suggest you to find a better host then us .

Same on me earlier, then error 500, then error 502 and finally Database error. I've already made a ticket though.
