when I go to cpanel my site is gone. hope you did back up on it.. thanks =(

Works fine for me

Excellent! Service! Awesome Speeds from the Shared Host as well I can Max out my 25 meg connection by downloading from it! The Customer Service is awesome and quick as well.

Follow up your tickets instead of posting here , its not our support thread .
 
Before you say NO support, Support doesnt work Getting
Critical Error Could not connect to the database.

I can access my cPanel but nothing else
 
Update : LOL ! We started server upgrades and on that Backup's started as well :p Anyways wait for 15 to 20 mins it will be fine . Also about our main site , its server is also been under maintenance ; it will also not be taking more then 10 to 20 mins .

Sorry for the issues , wasn't known about the backup's time . Backup's + Upgrade process missed up to create a huge load , we can kill the backup but let it go it should not be taking more then 20 mins on the go .
