So I just wanted to get something straight here. I can make an Adult or a Warez site as long as the content/files being shared are not hosted in your servers right, since it's only linking allowed. I'd just like to clarify this since I've read something about here:

Which really confused me, lol.

Well we always keeps mentioning that we allow all types of stuffs with us unless snd untill it should comply with Netherlands Law ! As most of us know Netherlands is not that strict regarding warez stuff , although to be safe side its good to mention that we take actions if we get any complaint from BREIN ( Just like DMCA , but only follow Netherlands law against copyright ) . About that thread , well you can check the proof if needed as that guy is contacted numerous times by BREIN but he didn't care to respond them , then at the last BREIN contacting us and our DC both to get that site removed else a legal action can be taken against us . Then we suspended the site and given him his back .

Glad on clarifying that since some of us, like me, wouldn't mind on taking out the links that wanted to be taken down just as long as we're given enough time (specially during holidays when most of us are out).

Yes exactly , if he responded them then we don't think we'll be suspending them on a short note !
 
Update : There was a DDoS attack on our server targeting our server main IP . Which leads us to null route that IP and change it to any other IP (Random) . If anyone else is facing down , let me know via Ticket Or Live Chat whatever you like . I'll get it sorted !
