The site is up and running but the upload speed is much slower in comparison to the previous week. I was happy getting up to 35Mb/s and today I'm getting only 1-5Mb/s, despite on the fact that the servers were recently upgraded. I hope we're not moving toward the situation as with most other file hosting companies, when initial superb upload speed and service quality gradually turning into permanent "End of The World".

I just re-checked upload speed, see results below...

Uploaded at 5.184 MB/s
Uploaded at 1.776 MB/s
Uploaded at 1.062 MB/s
Uploaded at 1.268 MB/s
Uploaded at 1.28 MB/s
Uploaded at 7.41 MB/s
Uploaded at 0.552 MB/s

Stats are frozen since yesterday and Remote upload doesn't work for me mubin...

How do I change my plan?
Where I can see what plan currently active?

Is this table shows PPD rate or 50/50 rate?

and as it was said before the reports are frozen and there is no indication of single downloaded file since 2012-05-21. The columns "2012-05-22" and "2012-05-23" don't show up in "Reports". The "DL" column in "Files" is virgin clean. How should we use SharpFile if downloads not counted properly?

yes non4m3. You are right. stats are frozen and now downloading in not working. Its time to move now. He has done everything he could. Sorry mubin bro. Its not the way in which we can work.
I was just thinking to replace all links with your host but now i have dropped the idea. Sorry

Guys, I am pretty sure everything is fine now.

I have checked remote uploads and they also seem to be okay.

3 Day trial plan is what we run on the the weekends. We also DO pay affiliates for this plan.

Reports should be working okay now guys.

GUYS WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE FROZEN STATS PROBLEM NOW. DONT WORRY WILL BE RESOLVED ASAP!!

I guess we're talking about different file hosting companies, because definitely Sharpfiles is not working properly. Take a deep look on the screenshot from my Reports, I personally can see last three days are magically missing and you're keep saying that everything is OK. This is just not true.

Yes non4m3 is right. You have been saying everything is ok now but you never noticed or replied about frozen status.

For your notice download taking much time to start and then runs at very low speed.
 
Guys, I am specially looking into the frozen stats thing. That is the most important thing at the moment!
