similar situation & stats here (shared some files, replaced some old-links selected only) for random test we just take a break and wait for new script :)

YES, I got the script earlier in week, we did some testing, found some things we wanted to add. and coders are adding it, hoping to get it done ASAP

Soon as their new script is relatively problem free, I'll be sticking with them as long as they last.

Thanks, and yes I agree.. I promise everyone that we are trying 110% and working our butts off to get Sharpfile in good shape so affiliates can make money and users have a great place to store their files and to download files


And of course Charlie server went down then Echo, and we are working on it......again :'(
 
Well servers seem to be up and down like yoyo's but we fix them as soon as we can. We are hoping that the new script (which is only days away) will fix that as it has some pretty advanced load balancing features, amongst other things.
On the plus side - stats seem to be very good today, and we are seeing more traffic then ever before. Speeds seem much more consistent too so the new servers must be helping a bit at least :sun:

So what do you want ? I bet you'd be here complaining pretty quick if we released the new script and it had bugs and things missing ? I know most companies release buggy sortware, but sharpfile is not most companies - this will be as right as humanly possible from the start, and if it takes a few days then it takes a few days.
We do our best - we have always done our best and we will continue to do our best - if that's not good enough then please try the service elsewhere and if it's better then great ! problem solved :sun:
 
when i try to buy premium, i got this message:

"Transaction not allowed Wrong merchant email address!"

so my question: how Sharpfile will get money to pay us?

after all the Paypal drama, the first thing i check when i try to use a new host is: how she gets money?
