So you pay for download 1 ip every 24 hours if a user is a premium?! This thing I do not like.
I hope they do remove it, is not that good! so the upper instigated not to make premium users

To be clear - this problem is not affecting most users, but a few are being affected to various degrees, and that's the problem - it just doesn't make sense. It's very difficult to fix a problem when we can't find any trace of it, other than the effect it's having on a few users, and believe me we've tried ! We are currently working on the theory that maybe the previous owner modified the code somehow - we have contacted him and are waiting for a reply right now.
I've been in your shoes guys, and I know it's hard and frustrating, but we are less than 3 weeks into this project and I think we have done pretty well in such a short time - please just show us a little bit of patience - we WILL get there very soon :sun: (remember it took failsonic over a year to get it right !)

That's how all file hosts do it as far as I know - look seriously we have to make some money somewhere or how on earth can we survive ?

Ve to propose again and think:
1) the first few weeks no waiting and no captcha
2) when you did put a lot of users restrinzioni type captcha and waiting
3) users to have an excellent buy the premium service!
Users mica because you buy the premium paid for download 1 ip every 24 hours! What they care? so we lose the same!

Gotta say it man, but companies like these cannot please every individual user. They want to make money as well as any of us, if not more as they've actually gone to the lengths to set up and run a business.
I think if everybody starts complaining about everything from a free host, then soon enough they will get sick of it like so many other active hosts and it won't be so easy to demand changes/get assistance publicly. You should be happy really for the fact that all downloads are counted and also that premiums are counted at all - It's uncommon for most file hosts to do that.
I want to all files to be $1 per unfinished download and i want free users to have max speed with no captchas and be able to download multiple files. All free btw.. Be realistic is my point man, they are clearly working with their users to develop a common ground for all and seem promising with their plans.

To me it pays to download 1 ip per 24 hours is totally useless! NOT so requires walls to those who download (so as to make the premium constringerlo) but requires walls to those charged material gaining anything by others with premium!
So I want to say that I am in favor of the captcha and I support the expectation of a download and another to have as many premium! But they are unfavorable to the payment of 1 download per IP per 24 hours!
Now you understand what I mean? I'm not judging my only interest but also in your earnings! because if a host does not gain can not make money for you!

Everyone hates re-capcha mate - me included lol. If you can show me a man who likes it I'd like to met him
The problem is the the bots have gotten cleaver enough to read the simple capcha - think about it ... how many serious sites do you know these days that are still using simple capcha ? Not many I'll bet and there's a good reason for it. Still - as I said before we will leave simple capcha in place and monitor the situation - if we are not getting taken to the cleaners we will keep it that way.
I like that idea - will look at that more closely :sun:

I really don't know what you want from us mate - this is how the industry works. If your new to this then I understand you are learning, but the same rules apply to everyone and always did. No one pays for more than 1 premium user/download per day per affiliate - we would be out of business pretty quick if we did.

yo sharpfile whats the most reliable upload method at the minute until the changeover?
Had 2 uploads freeze through browser upload. Just now though before cancelling the second one, I noticed that if I click progress off then on, it boots up to where it should be. I've heard this mentioned on another host but never experienced it myself, so do you know if there's a risk of the file being corrupted when it freezes? Sound if you don't man, as I'll probably find out soon enough ha

I load uploader with zoom and loads fine without giving me errors .. Test yourself

Actually when this happens it's usually the progress bar etc that freezes, but the file upload continues ok (at least in my experience). If you just leave it to do it's thing you should still get a file link at the end of the upload which means the file went up just fine. I have not experienced any file corruption in this way, but if you do then please let me know :sun:

I guess I'll keep a few files on this host instead of moving the bulk of it back untill you guys decide exactly what you're gonna do. No offense but changing a few thousand links isn't exactly a walk in the park and neither is downloading them. As for your bots, I bet 80% of 'em are just regular joes using something like jDownloader or mipony to download your files.

me too dont like re-captcha but as a Free user I don't Think That"s Wrong.U need captcha Free buy pre account=simple!!
But Still I Respect admin Decision and adding re-captcha/captcha is not So Bad For Free User Where All top Site using that.Even Megaupload Used that too.

More like 99.9% are just regular joes using something like jDownloader or mipony to download files- like I said it's a problem with only a very few 'people'
We are still learning and with the best will in the world it's simply impossible for us to say that the current situation (or any situation) it written in stone and will never ever change at all, honestly I don't think there's a company in the world who could say that. And if you want to see something really scary, you should see our server bill !
There seems to be a bit of a feeling that when we make some change or other, we are doing it to wind people up or make lives difficult, but nothing could be further from the truth - there's no profit in that for any of us. We only make changes because either we absolutely need to, or as a response to affiliate suggestions. We don't do it for fun - there's enough to do already lol :sun:
