We were rebuilding stats, right now everything should return to previous, check now. I do not know why zoom upload is slow, maybe try in a while?

It's one of our new servers, not configurated yet. As far as I know there is no that problem on our other servers. We'll try to fix that as soon as possible.

I gave you a graph me uploading to your server and me uploading the same file to anover file hoster 37mins to 14 mins is a big difference you should look at your server

For Tier II? We have changed it to $2.5/1000
