Share VPS/dedi with a friend?

Hi friends... I want to buy a VPS or a Dedi and i would know if it's possible to share the service with a friend... If I buy a dedi of 100 usd for example, can i divide the price with an other people or the provider doesn't allow this? Thanks.

wel np at all as you are using the capacity of the server only and u r paying for it. but if its like u taking a vps with limited resources and flooding it with public rapidleech or torrents they will kick u out for sure.

There wouldn't be any problem as long as you make the payment on time. However you will need to make sure your friends do pay and if for example some of them have any problem you will have to be the middle man sorting it out with the hoster.
