Their servers are too small to serve for the whole world.
So this reaction was normal, because many NEW asian and american uploaders registered at SO and started to make MEGA-uploads.

Maybe they have to rent more servers before they can open their hosting service for all user again.

i hope that they bringing the ppd back for internatinal affiliates
and adding some new servers
