Buying Set up server(dedicated) ecommerce and much more

Hi,

this website gave me great ideas of starting to host my own website. I currently don't have one. i always want to get a website, but the best way to ask the expertize and gurus here.

Requirements
I have a dedicated server(OVH)
i want to set up cpanel for 4 websites that i will pay for design
1 is for ecommerce.
the other 3 very basic.

also any recommendations. how much will it cost me to get the whole set up?
