Dedicated Server to host site with live stream

I am looking for a server that can handle traffic and any notice for a live stream site, content will be only embeded and not hosted on server. I do not know what sort of specs, location and what not I will need.

What is the expected amount of traffic, I guess for low to moderate traffic a VPS is more than enough.
If it's embedding you would be using minimal bandwidth and server resources.

If you're unsure of the visitors, Start with a VDS (VPS with Dedicated Resources [Xen/KVM]) and then move onto a dedicated server.

Notice is not an issue, unless you're trying to hide the stream embed code. They notices will be sent to the owner of those streaming websites.
