Server error

I am getting server error.

php_flag magic_quotes_gpc Off									php_flag magic_quotes_runtime Off 
									php_value default_charset UTF-8


									Options +FollowSymLinks
									DirectoryIndex index.php 
									RewriteEngine on
									RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?_copy_query=$1 [L,QSA]

This is my .htaccess file
Is there any wrong with .htaccess file ? I am sure its due to this but which part the error is ?

Well, I asked for a help from the community. There are number of peoples who helped me in the past, not for money but giving back to the community which helped them while they were in the recovery stage. I expected that some one will help me, and i am still hoping so.

what error do you get?
have you enable mod_rewrite on apache?
