Hi every body,

I have a forum with 115,500 members, 115,528 thread, 828,997 posts.
It started from 1-May 2009

I used VbSEO sometimes and remove it sometimes ( hosting issues ).

the forum indes was pagerank +4 and now it +1 and I lost all taffic
not appear in search result in 4 pages
the indexed pages in google about just 50.000

really i don't know what I have to do
to improve the SEO of the forum

is there are any plugins or scripts i can use
