Anyone know about seedmybox[dot]com ? from last 5 days they not even reply of my ticket nor i communicate with them anyhow. two of my VPS got offline before 5 days.

i've been having a similar issue, no replies in the last 3 days to my VPS being offline.

Or May be they don't care for there clients!! Hosting is a service Industry , running 24*7 . Holiday cant be a reason for unprofessional behavior of not replying to Support tickets for days.

May be its time for OP to pack the Bags and look for a Better Hosting Company.

No mate! they not replied. also their site is not loading. Probably they passed away forever.

I hope they return, i really liked their seedboxes and support.
