Its not uncommon, you will see this kind of marketing strategy.
No one can afford unlimited storage.
So you should check how much is their fair policy.

Their support is fast.. so you can go ahead ask any doubt.

Just some info by their support:

Registered users have a total of 300 GB space.
We give by default 2 TB usable storage for premium members. It can be extended on request when it's been 90% used.

Max upload size per file: 10 GB

inactive files who are not downloaded for 30 days are automatically removed. Premium or free, no difference. We are no backup provider.

We still get good income from Secureupload , they pay each week and they are great for our PPD and PPS uploaders .

Secureupload is paying on time and they have great support .
