The values of the last three days are wrong, my table is C, with 99% of Brazil and is counting table as D traffic, averaging almost half of the actual value.

They answered my ticket and simply moved Brazil to the group D, without warning and with dubious reason. 1 more host who mocks with its uploaders.

How can I upload via FTP. I've tried many times but it always say that login incorrect although I'm not typing wrong.

Same problem for me as b1u3eyes; I try ftp and just says 530 Login incorrect ; Login Failed.
even though the login info is correct.

Also do you have a skype account for the company or yourself? I've seen other host providers do, wanted to know if you did as well.
