Script to PM People

Anyone know a good resource for finding information on how to create a script that goes through a certain site and performs certain steps in order to PM people?

The sites I want to do this on don't have any form of captcha so it should be fairly easy.

learn auto it, but u can do this easily in C# or VB.net as well or actually u could also use php lol to do this.

I have no desire whatsoever to spam forums lol.
I just want to pm people regarding a local marketing campaign: www.viavia.net and www.kitatin.com

Due to the amount of people on those sites I really don't want to waste time msging them 1 by 1 because it is way too time-consuming & frustrating :s
