Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at xxxstooorage.com.

The firewall had very strict rules, which temporary blocked IP`s for 1 hour with high connectivity.

Now we have revised all the firewall rules and updated the IP tables . This issue occurred only on 2nd node where you were hosted .

Our monitoring team is presently monitoring this node for next 72hours on new revised firewall rules . Past 24hours there is no issue with it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this course of time . We can add proper compensation towards your service. Kindly open administration ticket in the client area with subject " Compensation on Downtime Issue "

This is the only major issue caused our shared hosting services since last 18months now . We now hold record of 99.98% uptime in this period.

I cant even access my Cpanel.. Only the service says ACTIVE. Whats wrong all of a sudden? Site has been down since 5-6 days now. This is really discouraging.

Why no replies on the Support Tickets?
 
All the issues have been resolved by clearing the attacks and replacing new high configured node .

The clients on that particular node have been provided with suitable compensation .

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience had caused 15-20days back.
