^ What do u mean by Tab, u mean u r running multiple uploads? adding one by one ?

if yes, it does happen to my VPS too, but the uploading doesn't stop, so its not to worry about, i upload 10 Torrents (One After The Other) and then check the stuff from logs :D it sometimes gives that error ...
