Been using these guys for a month or so. Speeds were great, but recently they have declined to about 700KB/s download and depending on what filehost around 500KB/s to 1MB/s. Not sure if their servers are becoming crowded or its the filehosts end.

I contacted them and they are saying it is the filehosts and 100% not them. So hopefully if this is true Fileserve & Filesonic upgrade their servers or add more.
