Are subtitles like this possible?

This currently is planned but doesn't have high priority because there are more important things to work on, we appreciate your request and promise you that it won't be forgotten.

Its back since about 24 hours now, we are sorry for the downtime but it was required to upgrade our load balance system and add more servers which should make everything much smoother now.

I have a question. Why do I have to submit an application so that I can add links to your site? I think that's nonsense. Luckily, there are other sites that do not ask for it. And as far as I can see, you are in the beta phase from the beginning.

Hello, please rest assured that i did not ignore your question on purpose. We have the application system so we know the uploader is actually somebody who will not harm our service by providing real views. We used to not have a application system where everybody could upload and it was heavily abused with terabytes upon terabytes of videos with no views whatsoever, we are not a cold storage provider to afford this.
