Depends on what do you mean by 'hacking'. They do allow security forums, I had my web security forum hosted at Santrex back in 2009. Had no problems or whatsoever, of course guests couldn't see any posts/threads.

If you want to have forum with stolen accounts, and shit like that I don't think they would allow it, especially if you would had financial accounts on your forum like PayPal, MoneyBookers, LibertyReserve, etc. Or even credit cards, they would suspend you right away.

Normal 'security' discussions forums are allowed.

better not use, since their support is really bad. 1 ticket can answered more than 6 hours.
