Hahaha,

and now Germany is again counted as Tier B instead of Tier A.

But it seems this is the next closing Host, more and more Restrictions for Freeusers to force them to buy Premium.
And everybody knows that Downloaders are hating Hosts, which do this.

What is the point not to have restrictions for free users? The whole purpose of the file hosting is sales of premium accounts.
 
The point is that you set to MANY restrictions.

P.S Do you remember Filesonic, Wupload, Fileserve? Did they set so many restrictions?

No, they didn't and earned enough money and were popular.
 
Only restrictions they have is waiting time and download speed. I am planning to remove/have less adds for registered users as well. I think it is more then enough luxury for somebody who is using service for free.

From today PayPal will not be used for payouts. Please consider using Webmoney or suggest alternative methods ( can't use Payza because of my location).
Webmoney is still up and running. For those with pending payouts please contact me for payment arrangements.
 
I would you other methods like ukash/paysafe but obviously minimum balance would have to be higher.

I do not think i will use paypal ever again. They blocked 3 accounts ( all 3 different names) just because i used it for paying out, not accepting any payments.
