So is it 1TB traffic or how does the unlimited thing work?

EDIT: never mind, I got it so its like OVH style unlimited

Yes the bandwidth works with a 1:5 ratio
If your have more outgoing traffic we can offer an unlimited rate with ratio 1/5. Where 5 – outgoing traffic (from server); 1 – incoming traffic (coming to server).

Its good for users having more outgoing traffic than incoming .

Ok sounds good... I am building a rapidshare clone so I can probably maintain a 1:5 peering ratio.

Would it be possible to ship some external hard disk to seed the server with files?

1TB on a russian server is most affordable. or you can choose true unlimited with 1/5 ratio for high traffic generating site.
The bandwidth selection depends what you use the server for, as russian servers are the best for offshore Hosting.

Some of you people are a little thick, russian bandwidth is extremely expensive due to their infastructure not being as well developed as western countries. Sure you can try and find a 1gbit port but the price you will pay for it will be immense, and you will exceed your monthly quota in hours.

Yes russian bandwidth is expensive, But the safest Warez place :)
 
I got a server from hostkey but these wankers at 2CO refunded my payment and my box was decommissioned.

Really disappointed... I wasted 1 day setting up the box, upgrading to 10.10, etc..
