i have paid with paypal. no setup and no support. no money back!

@Adlow.... Wait for 48 hours.
As normally All webhosting provider do take max 48 hours [working hours] to setup Hosting

Devilz, it was opened 8 days ago.

They also have privacy on there domain which don't help contacting them.

I'd suggest making a charge back with them straight away.
