How to enable rss feeds for ipb 3.1.4
from all forums like we can do in vbulltien

admincp>Forums>

down at the very bottom on the left hand side is

rss import
rss export

from here you can create the feeds

Last 10 Submissions RSS Feed i have seen at many ipb forums

you can try in rss export to select all forums and limit the entries to 10, i think this should work, not tested
