RS confusion about rapids

I have 400 rapids, 20 rapids are being used daily in the plan I am currently.

But still rapidshare is sending me emails that my files will be deleted soon as my rapids as going to be over in 4 days.

Your current plan limits your storage space to 50GB, So they may delete the files which accumulates more space over that. Your rapids stays same.

I believe that the inactivity limit for files (free or paid-but-over-the-gb-limit-for-your-tier) is 60 days. They also like to autoupgrade your tier without letting you know (they changed mine from 4Rapids/day to 449 Rapids/day -_-).

I managed to grab 120.0001 GBs from RS 2 days ago.
Then they billed me for another 449 points.

Then I had to go download some more )

You have to adjust the settings in minimum/maximum package.
