HTTPS is not supported in upload.
remote upload speed depend on many factors, like origin server location and uplink.

It's automated process, when you reach the default minimum of $10 or $50 for PayPal, the system will generate payment request automatically on the next billing cycle which happen twice a month on 1st and 15th each month.

You must enter your WMZ (wallet address) not WMID.
