We count 1 download currently and this should increase in the near future and depends on seasons.

We've checked and now all countries are counted as mentioned in the PPD table.

300 KB/s, inactive files removed after 180 days without downloads, as we have free space we don't remove inactive files at all for now.

Leave it with the default which is $10.
But you should exceed the minimum + 4.25% withdrawal fee.

It happen twice a month at dates 01 and 15, and you should exceed your minimum payout + 4.25% withdrawal fee.
Payments processed within 10 business days (usually earlier).
