Well it looks kinda empty... without life and colors... borring in some way
I dont know if you changed something, because I dont know why I remember I liked your skin before?

I think you should reduce body width, change that "I'll kill you if you dont register" put something smaller with more colors or just remove it.
hm... maybe if you could add some short description for your categories?

Experiment with font colors so site looks more dinamical

EDIT: well that are my impressions, when I presented my-downloads.eu, they told me it's to flashy for warez site... so I guess it's ok with the others (I mean your site)

Just Change the Logo and the "I'll Kill you Image"
Since you are using jQuery, why don't you use some Cool Effects

The " register or I kill you" image is just great :D
It gives your site more character. (for guests) You should add similar image when people have registered and it should say something like this:
"Lucky for you that you registered, now we won't kill you "

@infernohuman: Category descriptions are there, hover your mouse over the categroys and it would show the description.

What do you mean by experiment with font colors?

@Ajinkya: You mean the banner? Well it looks pretty good to me, yeah about the "I'll kill you part" few negative replies so far.
