Mate your theme is messed up u need to recreate the theme ie the posts and everything is updown u need to make it look good

Recreating is out of question. I am redoin the whole site in vB.

Or should I go for xenForo?

nevermind my browser was acting messed up your theme looks awesome (stupid browser was showing alot of white ie theme images were not appearing)

Thats what.. it had been running over an year and no one had complained any messed up theme elements.

Once I launch the new site on vB. I am ready to share this theme for phpbb if anyone interested. Its a highly modified version of a template.
