Great job on the site.
It's clean, organized, and very easy to use.

One thing I noticed is that the password notices on some posts can be easy to overlook. Maybe make them stand out a bit more so casual users don't miss them

Overall, it looks really good

What do you mean? The site is open to everyone, with no advertising, neither now nor in the future. There isn't a single site on the face of the earth that doesn't have some form of revenue. Do you think the servers get paid for with thin air?
All websites, including torrent sites, have some form of revenue stream.

No plugin... it's a custom feature built into the theme. Essentially, it's a link-cloaking system: every external link becomes a "/go/{id}" on my domain that redirects (302) to the actual destination, with the ID-to-URL mapping stored server-side."
