Hello,
i suggest these to be done:
- make this image smaller, or omitting it would be better ,http://i40.tinypic.com/2a9cdxy.png ... try to induce people not by a big banner, but with a good and clean content instead. you already have this "
Welcome to the ::. Warez-Ape .:: :: If It`s Out, Its Here ::."



- The logo is not that good .
- Top 5 Stats should be beneath the forums.
- this image is not fitting at all "http://i43.tinypic.com/2ngy1ki.gif " i suggest you put "http://www.warez-ape.com/designs/cyborg-darkblue/statusicon/forum_old.gif" instead of it.
- Remove this "http://i42.tinypic.com/10pvc4x.jpg" .

To summarize , you make things in the forum twice , do not duplicate things, this is uncomfortable. I believe that if you do what i said the forum will be a lot cleaner and nicer !

Echo (I really want other sites to succeed as much as i want mines to) not many webmasters think like this i will help your site with putting your link in my affiliate box hope this make you a little happy

Skin is so common,

I would change that,

And change the monkey to an original graphic i.e make your own, to match the template.

Good otherwise.
