Thanks To CyberPrincee For Logo and Guest Banner I have just changed the logo and guest image on the site !

please rate out of 10 (Whole Layout And Website Performance)

Suggestions are welcomed , what other custom things can be done more ?

Very blend color and the blue doesn't suit the layout, also the logo doesn't look good at all.
