currently i am looking to change the theme.

I know this theme from the past. It's Arras or a variation/clone of that theme, and it's designed more for blogging. I'd recommend making/getting a more customized theme instead, since that theme isn't even responsive.

Yep, it's arras, i saw a lot of torrents site's without responsive template. I don't think that a responsive template is very important for a torrent site. The majority use PC's to download torrents. Moreover, on torrentfeed.net you can download torrents using just magnet link.
