The site looks very Raw.

The Banner looks simple & lame to me.
The images used in the slider & the posts below don't fit properly, aspect ratio isn't correct which should be there. Correct that, then it make look better.

I see your packages start from 150$/month. I think you should get it made from somebody for 30-50$ or practice a little more of WP.
