Nice Skin, i felt it was a bit unique - 8/10.

Logo, Simply the best - 10/10.

Favicon, Cool - 7/10.

I think the smilies are white matted, kindly change it to black matted ones.
Like Snell Told it would be nice if the ddl buttons are centralised.

Site is new, so ads are not welcome at the beginning itself. Put ads after the site gets developed

It looks alright, I've seen better favicons, and the logo is basically a complete rip of Rapidshare, I'd get something unique done if I were you, anyway, the skins alright, I don't like the image which gives the matrix effect on the header category of every section, it doesn't really look good.

I've not registered in, but the logo says "Pure RapidShare Warez" even though it doesn't make any sense, I think what you're trying to say is it's a forum unique to Rapidshare, honestly many users who usually copy paste their uploads to spread on other warez boards won't like this, they'd get annoyed because they'd have to remove their other links to post to your board, and that's something they wouldn't do. If it's not unique to RS, then you seriously need to rethink your slogan.

-Logo needs work, I don't like the colors, the blue is too bright
