Recharge is instant but currently few networks are having issues such as Airtel but that will be solved within 2 days as we are going to integration one more recharge api meaning we will have 2 recharge api's on the system so if one fails to recharge the second will be used
@XxX: Your account has been credited, and we have mentioned that if the AlertPay Email and Registered Email @ Recharge.Im doesn't match then funds are manually added.
@SoloDZ: Your issue was that you didn't got the recharge. That's why we refunded you, but we are working on improving our connectivity with the providers which should be done till tonight or tomorrow max. So you can expect faster service and the recharges will be more successful.
