Here is my review:

+ The skype icon being right at the top and visible is a plus.
- This blue scrolling text is annoying and looks unprofessional http://pp.screenshotlink.r u/v3174/392/XOxAIIJ90A4.png (remove space for .ru domain)
- I feel like there is too much space in the header area here is a suggestion also fixing the blue scrolling text http://pp.screenshotlink.r u/v3174/39c/yF5Jz52XRpg.png (remove space for .ru domain)

The rest of the site looks good Good job.
