Yeah the skin looks simple but in fact it's NOT! total page size is 1.12 MB and takes 3.31s to load :/

I'd advice you to change the whole skin to a tiny one or improve the current one.

Here is what I did so far.

I re-added a favicon, fixed page load time, total page size, fixed up images throughout the forums, removed unnecessary codes etc, and installed a shoutbox/chatbox.

Favicon doesn't matches the skin, I mean the background of the favicon should be in blue gradient and not red.

Zero you only need to add a conditional to that link to make it only show for certain usergroups
