get one good theme and the header link should be well organised .. and what is adsense doing on warez site??

You need to get a good theme and improve your header. It is WAY too big. Also cut down the shoutbox height a bit.

In short, try to optimize the site for your visitors. Such that they don't have to scroll too much to get to the content that is of interest to them!
